This Game-Changing Yoga Mat Rolls Itself Up
Over the years, I've tried out tons of yoga mats. At the ripe old age of 33, I've been blessed with premature osteoarthritis in both my hips (hence my enthusiasm for low-impact workouts like yoga and Pilates). In Pilates in particular, the side-lying series can leave me spending more time scrambling for a position that doesn't irritate my sensitive joints than actually performing the strength moves. It's grippy enough to withstand sweaty classes
Recently, I signed up for what I thought was a regular Vinyasa yoga class—but it turned out to be in a room heated up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
