Using eyelash glue or a glue stick, cover your eyebrow to create a smooth surface for the makeup.
Step 4: Outline and Fill In the Dark Side

Using the red Multistick ($3), draw a big mouth across your cheek from the top of your ear to the mid point of your lips.

Draw on some scary, web-like gums with the Multistick.
Step 9: Add Fangs 
Using a small pointed brush, add long, sharp fangs to the mouth.
Step 10: Add some decay
