This Strength-Training Workout Will Shape Up Your Back, Biceps, and Butt

With Summer approaching rapidly, we can't help wanting to look good in our jean shorts and tank tops. The first step is knowing that you already do look good, no matter what Summer gear you choose to wear! But to give you an extra boost of confidence, we've got a comprehensive strength-training workout to shape up your back, biceps, and butt . . . and to help you feel strong and badass.

This exclusive workout comes from Ridge Davis, a personal trainer in West Hollywood, CA, who helps many of his clients gain muscle, shed fat, and feel their very best. You'll need a mini resistance band, a pair of dumbbells, and a cable machine, so this workout is likely best done at your gym.

Before you start, do five to 10 minutes of light cardio to get the body warmed up. Then you'll go through four different strength circuits. Don't blame us if you're sore tomorrow!
