This Dance Cardio Workout to "2 On" Is Exactly What You Need Before the Weekend
If there's one song that never fails to get me pumped, it's Tinashe's club banger "2 On." The Fitness Marshall thankfully choreographed his latest dance cardio routine to my favorite getting-ready song, and it's the perfect workout to do with your girls on a Friday.
"I started choreographing this dance in 2014 and I never finished it," TFM told us. "A few months ago (after seeing Tinashe live at Air + Style), I was reinspired to finish this choreo and I'm SO GLAD I did. This one is a great middle ground for beginners and TFM veterans alike!"
