Jaime and Cersei's incest just seems wrong, but fans didn't have any problem cheering on Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen when the two finally show their feelings for each other in the most physical of ways. Despite the ominous narration that accompanies the moment (which reveals that they're related), the scene is still as sexy as we hoped it'd be.
Missandei and Grey Worm's sex scene in the second episode of season seven shows viewers a softer side of romance that we aren't used to seeing in the show. The two have mutual respect and understanding of each other, which makes the interaction a positive sexual experience (something rarely seen on Game of Thrones). Instead of just a "sex scene," it's actually more of a "love scene," something we'd like to see even more of between our favorite characters.

The scene when Drogo takes young Daenerys from behind is memorable because of its brutality, but luckily the Mother of Dragons takes matters (among other things) into her own hands not long after.
