Sophie Turner Actually Loves to Use Men's Cologne

Morning Glory
The first thing I do when I wake up is drink a bottle of Ito En Oi Ocha green tea, because I don’t have much energy. Then I go work out.
Inside the Box
I like to go to Rumble in New York for a cardio workout with boxing. They lower the lights and play dance music. It’s intense and fun.
Hair Heroes
I get my color touched up by Sonya Dove with Wella Professionals New Koleston Perfect hair color. They eliminated all the damaging chemicals that can be in dye, so your hair feels even better than it did before. Once a week, I apply Wella Professionals Wella Plex N°3 Hair Stabilizer (3; $14). It repairs all the bonds in your hair and makes them really thick and strong.
Strand Saver
When I wake up, my hair is all over the place. My hairstylist, Christian Wood, gave me a Slip silk pillowcase ($85) that I now sleep on. It helps prevent bed hair.
Wash Cycle
My skin is sensitive, so I like waters. I cleanse my face with Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water ($9) and tone with Clarins Extra-Comfort Toning Lotion (1; $26).
Daily Dose
I found this amazing Boscia Cactus Water Moisturizer (6; $38). It’s light and doesn’t feel like it’s clogging up any pores. At night, I switch to Elemis Superfood Night Cream ($55) to hydrate and brighten. I wake up in the morning and I don’t look crazy.
Sun Shade
I apply Kiehl’s Super Fluid Daily UV Defense SPF 50+ ($38) under my makeup. I learned that from one of my brother’s old girlfriends. She was 25 when I met her, but looked about 18. I asked what her trick was. She said it was wearing sunscreen every day, rain or shine.
Makeup Mainstays
I love Dior makeup, especially Diorskin Forever Undercover foundation (4; $52) and Diorshow Black Out mascara (5; $30).
Lip Service
If there’s a party, I’ll use Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Lips in Best Actress (2; $34). It’s a nude liquid matte lipstick that lasts a really long time and gives you full coverage. I’ll put it on—sometimes without looking—and it’ll always be perfect.
Happy Place
I go to Aire Ancient Baths in New York.It’s this amazing spa with hot plunges, cold plunges, a wine bar—it has everything.And they give really great massages. I have very tight shoulders—it’s terrible—soI constantly need a massage.
Scent of a Man
I love Le Labo Santal 33 ($184). My fiancé [Joe Jonas] and I can both use it. The musky smell is a little more manly, but I like men’s cologne. We also have it in candles all over our house.
