With your ruling planet, Jupiter, in your sign for most of this year, you can look forward to good times, happiness, and luck in love. You may need to set limits, though, for it's possible to get too much of a good thing and overextend yourself, especially in January and July when Mars (the planet of desire and sex) kicks your self-confidence into overdrive. "Neptune in the mix causes romantic illusions and delusions, leading you to believe a romance is rosier than it actually is. Have fun — and there's plenty of it to be had in 2019 — but don't lose your perspective," she said.
You're cautious and serious in matters of the heart and prefer a committed, stable partnership to many hot affairs. Yet this year Saturn, your ruling planet, is in your sign and may assist you in strengthening a relationship. "Pluto is in Capricorn, too, and its influence can deepen and intensify the bond between you and a partner," she said. What's more, "Uranus's movement into Taurus in March may bring welcome changes and encourage you to open up to new experiences." Although you're outwardly cool and controlled, you possess a powerful sexuality that Mars (the planet of desire and sex) will bring out during March, August, and September.
Good news, Aquarius: the new year begins with plenty of fun and excitement, due to stimulating influences from Venus and Mars (the planets of love and desire) and the expansive energy of Jupiter, she said. "Throughout 2019, Jupiter heralds luck in love, and in March and June, Venus adds her sociable nature to this mix," she added. Free-spirited Aquarians, however, can have trouble limiting themselves, so if you're in a committed relationship, your fidelity may be tested this year. "After Uranus, your ruling planet, moves into a challenging position in March, you may begin a new relationship or undergo some changes in an existing one," she explained.
Your ruling planet, Neptune, has been in your sign for quite a while, where it enhances your romantic feelings and idealistic notions about love, she said. This will increase further when Venus (the planet of love) is in your sign in April 2019, she said. "This year, Jupiter's influence may fuel your desire to escape from restrictive, dull, or unhappy experiences and seek more freedom or joy through a loving partnership. However, your wishes may be tinged with fantasy and you may not be able (or willing) to see what's really going on," she cautioned. Fortunately, Saturn's pragmatic energy will help guide you this year and keep nudging you back on track when your illusions conflict with reality, so stay strong.
Aries might want to take a step back and think before acting. "The new year begins with a lot of excitement and passion, while your ruling planet Mars (which governs sex and desire) is in your sign. [However,] throughout the year, influences from expansive Jupiter could lead to overconfidence and may encourage you to throw caution to the wind — which you're inclined to do anyway — and perhaps take unnecessary risks," she said. There will be some obstacles in your way, causing frustrations or difficulties unless you use common sense and a little self-discipline.
Mars generates sparks during February and March when it's in your sign, where you can expect love, or at least a hotter sex life. "Stabilizing influences from Saturn this year could move a romance toward an enduring relationship, as you seek to make a more permanent commitment," she said. However, Uranus, the planet of change, will likely stimulate some major shifts in your life after it enters your sign in March, and since Taurus is a person who doesn't relish change, this can cause some romantic ups and downs this year, she said. You can also look forward to excitement and new opportunities, though.
You could get too much of a good thing this year, Gemini, as Jupiter brings a wealth of romantic opportunities your way. "Due to your infinite curiosity, you have trouble with commitment anyway, but this year might test your ability to set limits or exercise discretion — especially during January, March, and November when Venus, the planet of love, gives you the green light for indulgence," she said. During April and May, Mars in your sign could stimulate your desire for excitement, but remember not everything that glitters is gold, she added. Be careful as you navigate these relationships, and don't get too carried away.
Yikes, the new year opens on a tense note, due to stressful influences from Mars, Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto, she said. "For a sensitive person like you, these powerful planetary energies can be disconcerting, to say the least. Although you prefer your relationships to be stable, peaceful, and supportive, you might need to come out of your shell and make some adjustments — especially during May and June when Mars in your sign stirs up activity," she explained. You may start to see the benefits of some changes after April, though, so keep your head high, as some of your actions will work out in your favor.
Positive influences from Mars and Jupiter, which are the planets of desire and growth, respectively, start the new year off on a high note in terms of love, romance, and sex. "These planets channel excitement and opportunities your way, heightening your appeal and bringing you the attention you crave," she said. Yet you could run into conflicts in February and March when Mars stirs up ego and control issues. "Although you like to think of yourself as the king or queen, you may need to make some changes that encourage greater equality in a relationship after March, when Uranus starts putting pressure on you," she said.
Although you tend to be a bit shy and unassuming in romantic areas, you may feel a push from the combined influences of Jupiter and Uranus this year to open up and be more adventurous in the game of love. "This is especially true in February and March when Mars, the planet of action, gives you some added self-confidence to break out of your usual routine," she said. However, stay strong and see them through. "Throughout 2019, Saturn sends supportive vibes to help you stay grounded, so you don't feel overwhelmed as you branch out. Try not to worry, and just enjoy the dance," she said.
The conflicting energies of Jupiter and Saturn may make you wonder whether to expand your horizons or stay put in 2019. This cosmic combination will likely have you weighing the pros and cons of either path, and making decisions isn't easy for you. "Mars may increase stress or spark controversy in January, June, and October, urging you to stop playing nice and accommodating others to your own detriment," she said. "If someone else's demands are too limiting, you may choose to seek more freedom and fun, especially in January, March, and June, when Venus (the planet of love) opens doors for you," she added.
You like to maintain control in romantic relationships, but after March, the planet Uranus could start to shake things up and cause you to loosen your grip if you've been the one holding the reins lately, she said. "More equality may be necessary to restore balance, and you might be surprised to find that giving up some control is actually liberating for you too," she said. Embrace new options and possibilities, instead of retreating into old patterns of behavior, especially in July and August, when a partner may demand more respect or autonomy.
